Block paving driveway Cheswick Green

Today we are taking a look at two block paving driveways that we have completed for two neighbours in Cheswick Green. Although they are next door to each other both properties are totally different and so both went for completely different block paving driveway colours to compliment their properties.
Mr and Mrs Wilson’s property is contemporary with anthracite grey windows and so needed a modern bold block paving driveway to compliment and so chose Tobermore trio in slate with charcoal borders. As you can see below the result was stunning.
Tobermore Tegula block paving stands out and has a wide range of colour blends which are vibrant and long lasting.
We had a few quotes and were surprised at the varying prices, one quote was over £2300 more than the two of the others. The quotes were like for like and so I could not see any reason why this company quoted me so much more than Ideal building and Landscapes and another company. We chose Sam because he seemed honest and was a likeable lad. I also know that someone on our estate had their driveway done by Sam and his team at Ideal a few weeks ago and speaking to them, they were happy to recommend. This is always good. Sam gave me good advice and although we knew that we wanted a grey driveway Sam advised us to choose a darker block for the border to achieve a better contrast and we are glad that we did that. I would not hesitate in recommending Ideal Building and Landscapes.

Next door Joy opted for a more traditional look choosing Tobermore pedesta in bracken with charcoal borders.
We got our heads together with next door to choose a driveway company and I let Danny take the lead on it. I met Sam and I liked him as he came across a very family orientated local company. I also read about Ideal Buildings and Landscapes online and could see that you have lots of happy reviews from customers which fills one with confidence straightaway. The installers worked hard and have done a great job. I am really pleased.
