Including yourselves I had two quotes but I really like Sam – he took his time and answered my questions and I felt in safe hands. I had done my research and was originally going to do the work myself. I dug out the ground and dispensed with an old decking area but then after 5 months and no progress, I decided it was time to get a company in and get it all finished.
I gave Sam the go ahead and they started quite quickly. Dominic and the other lads were great and they even did extra bits here and there without any additional cost. I wanted the job done as we have a big family and so needed more entertaining space for the nicer weather.
Your team left my home pristine. Bags of sand had been delivered but they swept up and took away all of the rubbish – other than our fabulous new patio you’d never know that they had been there. We would definitely recommend Ideal Building and Landscaping.
