Check out our latest patio project for Jane in Solihull. The existing patio was small and the garden was quite steep and so needed digging out and a retaining wall put in place. With the project completed it was now time to ask Jane for her thoughts on the finished patio along with her experience dealing with us here at Ideal Building and Landscapes.
I came across Ideal Building and Landscapes online and spent time researching you. I read your many reviews and case studies on your website and got in touch. Seeing lots of happy customers with photographs of the work helped me feel confident in your company. I kept seeing you everywhere across the web and Facebook etc and thought to myself ‘he must spend his day just doing that’.
I had 2 or 3 other quotes and Sam came out the best value and I liked the company and so I gave you guys the go-ahead. It is my daughter’s property and she had a small patio area but then quite a steep hilly garden. Also the drainage was not very good and we had been having problems with water due to the gutters. We wanted a bigger flat patio area for my daughter.
Once I gave the green light to Sam we went on holiday but as soon as we came back they were ready to start. The team was great – very hard working, especially with the amount of digging involved to create a flat area with the retaining wall and feature steps. We are very pleased with the finished result and would definitely recommend Ideal Building and Landscapes.
