Yvonne had just moved in when she asked us to provide a free quote. The existing space simply had a single row of concrete slabs under the French doors to help with access to the garden gate. This is very common with new build properties and is not very appealing or practical for making use of the garden in the nice weather. A new patio allows much needed outside space for entertaining, dining or just relaxing and catching some rays by yourself. We were tasked with both revamping the existing area by removing the old concrete slabs and replacing them with porcelain and then extending the patio to create that all important patio area.

I had just moved into the property and a new patio was top of my wish list. All there was previously was a single row of slabs under the French doors to allow access to the garden gate and the perimeter. It certainly was not wide enough to use to sit out on.
I googled patio installers in Dickens Heath and called a few of the listings one of which was Sam at Ideal Building and Landscapes. He came out promptly and spent a good amount of time talking me through the job and exactly what was involved. All in all I had three quotes. Sam’s quote came out in the middle of the three and I liked him.
I chose the tiles myself from an online provider called Tile Mountain. I told Sam which ones I liked and he took care of ordering them and arranging delivery.
The installers were hardworking and showed real care and attention to detail. now it is all completer I am really happy with the finished results and my two kittens love lounging on the tiles.
