I found Ideal Building and Landscapes through No Rogue Traders on Solihull council’s website as I had been through bad experiences with trades people and felt comfortable that the companies on No Rogue traders were approved by Trading Standards and had gone through vigorous checks. I had two other quotes as I always get three. One of the chaps who quoted just looked at the area and gave me a price without measuring. I chose Ideal Building and Landscapes as I liked the fact that you are No Rogue Traders approved but also Sam visited me on a Sunday and spent time listening to me and exactly what I wanted. He measured properly and gave me a detailed written quote. I moved in last year and knew the driveway needed doing. I am pleased I took Sam’s advice and had the whole area done as it has not only made it totally maintenance free but is looks so smart and clean along with allowing extra parking. The installers were friendly and cheerful. They did the work in three blocks which was really helpful with my working hours. They spent a day excavating and then came back another day to lay the block edge and then the last stage was to tarmac. Having had bad experience with trades people in the past it was so refreshing to deal with everyone at Ideal Building and Landscapes. I definitely recommend you guys, thank you.
