We asked Bob for his appraisal of the finished patio and to elaborate on his experience of dealing with us here at Ideal Building and Landscapes.
I did some browsing on google and saw lots of different firms advertising. I did contact a chap who said he had worked for Gardener’s World but he was not even available to visit until well into next year! I got 3 other quotes of which one was yourselves.
I liked Sam as he did not give me any hard sell and obviously knew his stuff. The real deciding factor though was the fact that your company is a Which? Trusted Trader. This instantly gave me peace of mind that I would be dealing with a reputable company.
I gave Sam the go ahead and he directed me to Wythall Landscape Centre and EH Smith to choose my preferred paving.
I wanted to get this work done as I had a conservatory built a year or so ago and the company did not do patios and so I opted to board it but those had already started to rot. The garden had become patchy and muddy and not inviting and so now this new patio gives us somewhere to sit and enjoy the garden.
The installers were on time every morning and worked very hard, keeping me informed every step of the way. I am really happy with the finished result and would not hesitate to recommend all at Ideal Building and Landscapes.
